Pricing:  
Prices are subject to change without notice but have typically been very stable and reliable for many years now.  Our prices do not include custom duties or taxes such as sales, use, excise, retailers occupation or similar tax.  During times of volatile material fluctuations, the seller reserves the right to apply pricing at the time of shipment.  A service charge of 1.5% per 30 days will be charged if not paid within terms of the invoice date.  When shipping is deferred for the customers convenience, due to lack of shipping instructions, failure to complete credit arrangements satisfactory to the seller or late delivery of customers supplied material, the buyer agrees to pay storage charges, interest, and any other expenses incurred by the seller caused by the delay.  

Credit Terms & Requested Information:  
Terms are net 30 days with credit approval.  Customers who do not have an established account are requested to send remittance with the order, including estimated shipping charges, plus any related fees/taxes.  We will ship C.O.D. upon request.  Master Card & Visa will also be accepted.
