Mixer Selections - Sizing

Cheap-Stir Mixers Models AQPLE top entering open tank fixed mounted mixer with a 316L {Low Carbon} Stainless Steel Drum Lid Assembly.  The gearbox is equipped with a high strength single helical gear reduction with a minimum AGMA Service Factor of 1.5 based on motor nameplate.  The removable agitator/gearbox coupling, located above the mixers mounting base, is constructed of 316LSS stainless steel for precise alignment to minimize shaft deflection and to enable ease of installation.  Please note that non-aligning, non-concentric split couplings are not used.  The motor coupling will be constructed of 316L {Low Carbon} stainless steel for precise alignment to minimize shaft deflection and to enable ease of installation.  The 1750 RPM motor options include both 115/208-230 Volt, 1 phase and 208-230/460 Volt 3 Phase, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) designs.  XP (Explosion Proof - Class I, Group D, Class II, Group F&G, T3C) and intrinsically safe variable speed Air Motors are also available.  Variable speed motor options are available upon request. The agitator shaft and propeller are as specified, which are measured from the mixers mounting base.  Folding props are also available upon request.  All wetted parts will be constructed of 316L {Low Carbon} Stainless Steel.  All hardware will be 316SS.    Each mixers will be "Manufactured in USA" and will be built with pride and dedication.
